Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the electronics you wish to return.
Prepare the Device
Ensure all personal data is wiped, and pack the item securely in its original box with all included cables, manuals, and accessories.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off & Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once our technicians inspect the device, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
